Most Improved


I need more ideas.

Any ideas?

most improved is stupid cause that award is only for bad teams

whats wrong with that? Theres awards for HB of the year which only goes to HB's, that doesnt mean its stupid. And if an 8-8 team goes to 16-0 then they'd win it. Main purpose of it is to give an award to someone who didnt pick their team just because theyre good.

like the skins went 5-11 last year, but i think i have a high chance of winning my division this year, so i would be a contestant for the award.

The Yan award for sportsmanship: This award is granted to a specific GM who has shown great poise in his team management, he acts as a role model to other GM's and avoids altercations. Also acts as an independent party in settling disputes. This award is to be presented at the end of the season and is decided by the league commissioner Vikings GM (aka Yayanjl).

The Dick Butkus award for best defense: This award is granted to the team who has the best defensive rating in the YML league. This is presented at the end of the season and is awarded by the league commissioner DC (aka drewcorrothers). This award is named after the hall of fame Linebacker Dick Butkus.

The John Mackey award for best offense: This award is granted to the team who has the best offensive rating in the YML league. This is presented at the end of the season and is awarded by the league commissioner DC (aka drewcorrothers). This award is named after the hall of fame Tight End John Mackey.

The Darryl Stingley award for improvement: This award is granted to the team who has overcome their past seasons struggles and has the largest differential between win-loss records from last season. This award is presented at the end of the season by the league commissioner Vikings GM (aka Yayanjl). This award is named in the memory of Darryl Stingley who was paralyzed in an exhibition game when he collided with Jack Tatum.

The Corrothers award for best draft picks: This award is granted to the team who has appeared to have made the smartest draft choices. This is presented and decided by the league commissioner DC (aka drewcorrothers).

The YML award for GM of the year: This award is granted to the GM who has shown improvement, prestige and responsibility as a GM. Motivating factors that lead to a decision for this award include making fair trades, a lack of inappropriate conductivity, a solid team record and having a firm active presence in the league. This award is granted through voting by all the GM's.

The Al Davis award for best moderator: This award is granted to the moderator who has been active on a constant basis, shows mature behavior in the league, acts as a role model to the other GM's and provides thourough input on debated trades. This award is decided by the moderators and administrators voting on who they think is deserving of the award. The award is named after the Oakland Raiders long-time manager Al Davis.

IMO moderator one shouldn't be there. Also, most improved team.
