This is fair because Hines Ward and Randy Thomas are both 94, and Kendall Simmons and Bryant Johnson are both 86 (Johnson is with updates). Of course, WR is more important than RG so I added the picks. The picks overall give him an advantage equal to slightly the #5 rookie pick... seems fair to me.

all the picks only equal 5 over all and by most of your standards 5 overall is only worth a player of 84 or so. This is fair the way this league de-values draft picks.
